On the 16th of June we will have a Walk/Roll Challenge for people that are differently abled from 10am.
We will start from the special parking area near the gate of the reserve and then go down into the reserve
on the tarred road, that goes down into the kloof, and from there to the bird hide. If you are fit you are welcome to do the rest of the route on the Rademeyers-, and Maintenance routes down to the dam. Parts of the route is more off-road but with a friend you can go all the way.
When you reach the dam, and on your way back, you will see a concrete bridge , on your left where you can go to the side of the spruit.
We will have two water points, which you will then pass four times. There will be marshals along the way
to give directions and help when needed.
There will also be some Springbuck, Blesbuck, Impala and Zebra to chat to you on the way. The distance is between two or four kilometres, its your choice.
There is no cost involved and you are welcome to come in a group, or with your friends or family. Blind
persons are welcome to join us, as the pathways are mostly even or manageable.
You are welcome to contact us on info@moreletakloof for more information.
