On 11 Jan 2013 i took a morning walk inside Moreleta kloof game reserve. It was was a wonderful experience and i have decided to make it part of my daily routine. Inside the game reserve i met two kind ladies who shared information with me about the history of the place. I will be attending the next meeting of the friends of Moreleta Kloof game reserve.
Thank you for all the wonderful work you do at this lovely site. I am 69 years of age and a direct descendant of Jacobs Cornelius Rademeyer who once owned this farm ‘Garstvontyn’ as it then was. He was my fathers grandfather! I love visitng the restaurant and other buildings. What is now the chapel, used to be his homestead. I have not yet gone for walks, but I am planning to do so in the near future. I shall be watching this site for future events! Thankyou again !
